Nepal records 4,433 recoveries and 8,454 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, Jan 26: The Health Ministry on Wednesday recorded 8,454 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday.

According to the latest data of the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), as many as 20,359 COVID-19 tests were conducted across the country.

Similarly, as many as 4,433 people who had earlier tested positive for the disease have recovered on Wednesday, according to the MoHP.

With this, Nepal’s COVID-19 active case tally currently stands at 90,067.

So far, a total of 11,672 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in Nepal.
