All seven proposed by Chair Oli elected UML's secretaries

CHITWAN: All seven candidates, who were proposed by Chairman KP Sharma Oli during Saturday’s closed session in the ongoing Tenth General Convention, have been elected as the secretaries of the party. 

According to an unofficial release of the voting on Tuesday, Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Raghubir Mahaseth, Chhabilal Bishwakarma, Lekhraj Bhatta and Yogesh Bhattarai were elected party secretaries. Similarly, Gokarna Bista and Padma Aryal also emerged victorious. 

Two other candidates ---- Bhim Acharya and Tanka Karki ---- who challenged Oli’s list of nominations and waged in the race for secretarial positions, however, suffered defeat.
