FMTCL, STC to supply food items during prohibitory order
KATHMANDU, May 27: The Kathmandu district administration has made arrangements for general people to purchase food items from the Food Management and Trading Company Limited (FMTCL) and the Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) in view of the government’s announcement of tightening the prohibitory order from May 28 until June 3.
According to the announcement, groceries will be completely shut during the prohibitory order. As a result, people will be affected heavily.
As per the arrangements, food items as ordered by customers will be delivered to home on a mobile vehicle, said Chief District Officer, Kathmandu, Kali Prasad Rijal.
