Inaruwa mayor vows to remove encroachment on public land

Inaruwa - Mayor of Inaruwa Municipality, Rajan Mehata, has said that he would remove all the illegal structures constructed on public land in the municipality. Inaruwa is the headquarters of Sunsari district. 

Mayor Mehata said this while inaugurating the 15th annual general meeting of the Magar Tol Development Committee here on Saturday. 

He reiterated that would remove all the structures that have been constructed by encroaching on public land, government property, road sides and irrigation canals. 

The committee passed Rs 1.2 million income and expenditure estimates for fiscal year 2017/18 on the occasion.
