Chief of State-5 authenticates bill

Kathmandu - Chief of State-5, Dharmanath Yadav, has authenticated the Bill Designed to Amend the Act Related to Facilities of Local Level Office-bearers and Members, 2076 BS. The bill was passed by the State Assembly on July 7.

The Chief of State-5 certified the bill as per Article 201 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Office of the Chief of State said in a press note today.
