Production, construction should be continued: CM Gurung

Kathmandu - Chief Minister of Gandaki State Prithvi Subba Gurung has stressed to continue production and manufacturing activities despite the ongoing lockdown.

In an interaction with media persons here today, CM Gurung argued that the postponement of all activities may adversely affect the national economy therefore such works should be continued following the preventive measures.

He underscored the need of strong coordination and consensus among the three-tier of governments on such works. Similarly, he informed that required medical stuffs would be supplied to all hospitals across the districts in the State. CM Gurung urged all health workers and doctors to work with high morale in this critical hour.

Meanwhile, he congratulated two persons who got victory over deadly coronavirus infection and returned home. A 65-year old Man Kumari Poudel and 19-year old Ansu Sapkota returned home after getting complete recovery.
