Dhanusha's government offices under rainwater

Janakpurdham - The government offices in Dhanusha district have been flooded following incessant downpour last night. 

The government offices partially submerged under two feet of rainwater due to ineffectiveness of drainage system. 

The National News Agency (RSS) office, In Land Revenue, Family Planning, Women Development and District Police Office have been inundated. The carelessness on installation of Hume pipe during the construction of sewerage system by Integrated Urban Development Project has been blamed for the flooding. 

The RSS building has partially submerged under three feet of rainwater creating difficulties in dissemination of news. The security guard premises of the Chief District Officer's residential have also been flooded.
