KATHMANDU, June 17: “I saw raped by another person as well (that was planned by Pandey) while he (Manoj Pandey) kept watching,” said victim who had earlier reveled how she was tortured and rape by Manoj Pandey, consultancy operator, through a series of TikTok videos.
“You rape her and lets see who can last longer,” this were words of Pandey, according to the victim.
Pandey was later arrested by Police.
Victim has also accused Pandey of raping her in his car, forest at various public places in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur and Kavrepalanchowk districts.
Similarly, the victim has also maintained that she also attempted suicide as a result of physical and mental turture given by Pandey.
