KATHMANDU, April 7: The main opposition party, CPN-UML, issued a six-point disagreement opposing the election code of conduct prepared by the Election Commission (EC).
General Secretary of the party, Shankar Pokherel, on Thursday presented the six-point disagreement regarding the code of conduct at the EC.
