As govt lifts odd-even rule, all kinds of vehicles allowed to ply the road from today
KATHMANDU, Feb 7: The government has lifted the odd-even rule enforced for the vehicles to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley.
With this decision in effect, all kinds of public and private vehicles are now allowed to ply the roads from Monday.
A meeting of the chief district officers of Kathmandu Valley, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, took a decision to this effect on Sunday.
The local authority also decided to resume physical classes in schools, colleges and re-open clubs, bars, restaurants, pubs, swimming pools and cinema halls adopting proper COVID-19 safety measures from February 13.
