State should not remain silent: leader Nepal

Chitwan– Senior leader of the Nepal Communist Party, Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said that the state could not remain silent in the face of challenged posed by anybody or group, as the state is not a helpless entity. 


During a press meet organised here today, leader Nepal said, "State is not a helpless organisation. It should not remain silent if someone challenges the state." 


Also the former Prime Minister, Nepal said that it was good to bring CK Raut group to mainstream politics. 
Responding to a query regarding operation of the government, he stressed that there should be consultation in the party secretariat regarding operation of the government and the party. 


"The disgruntled sides should be brought into confidence by calling them for talks," leader Nepal said, adding that the NCP is a party based on collective leadership where a person cannot be all-in-all. 
NCP Secretariat member Nepal said that he came to know about the issue of ban on Biplav-led group only from newspaper reports. 


Suggesting the government to move ahead by correcting past weaknesses, he stressed that all party unification process should be completed within April 22, the establishment day of the party.
