Government Disburses Nearly 33 Billion on Budget Payment Deadline

Kathmandu. The government has disbursed nearly 33 billion on the last day of payment for the fiscal year 2082/83. 

Before the सूत्र system used for government payment was closed, a total of 33 billion 16 crore 54 lakh rupees was paid on Asar 25, according to the Office of the Controller General of Accounts. 

Of this, 12 billion 42 crore 5 lakh was spent under current budget expenditure, 18 billion 39 crore 7 lakh under capital expenditure, and 2 billion 35 crore 42 lakh under financial management, the office stated.
