Donald Trump Avenue Inaugurated in Hyderabad, India

Hyderabad. US President Donald Trump has expressed gratitude for renaming a road in Hyderabad, India in his name. The road in Hyderabad has now been officially named 'Donald Trump Avenue'.

Trump expressed his happiness by sharing a picture of the inauguration ceremony of this road on his social media, Truth Social. He wrote, 'New Donald Trump Avenue in Hyderabad, India. The first American President to be honored this way. Thank you.'

Earlier on Wednesday, the US Consulate in Hyderabad had informed about the inauguration ceremony of this road through its social media X. The Consulate also released a joint picture of the US Ambassador to India, Sergio Gore, and the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu.

The US Consulate has described this as a historic moment in Hyderabad. In honor of America's 250th anniversary, the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, officially renamed the road near the US Consulate to 'Donald Trump Avenue' and unveiled a plaque with the name.

Expressing heartfelt thanks to the people of Telangana for this honor, the Consulate stated that this step is a testament to the continuously strengthening partnership and relationship between the two countries.
