Maoist Office bearers meeting ongoing

KATHMANDU, Aug 6: The Office bearers meeting of the CPN Maoist Center to discuss the issue of concluding the ongoing Central Committee meeting, is being held. The party’s Secretary Hitraj Pandey informed that the political and organizational report presented by the party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, the amended report and other issues, are being discussed in the meeting being held at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.

The Central Committee meeting commenced last Wednesday. In Saturday’s meeting, the central members gave their opinions on the chairman's report. Chairman Dahal is answering the questions raised by the Central members in today’s meeting which is going to be held at 1 pm. Even though about 415 people had registered their names to speak in the meeting, 200 people still have not spoken yet. After all of them expressed their desire to speak, the meeting was conducted till late on Saturday. Secretary Pandey informed that the rest of the members who have given their names to speak will give written answers today.
