Petrol price increases, diesel and kerosene prices drop

Kathmandu, December 15 — The price of petroleum products has been adjusted. The Nepal Oil Corporation has announced an adjustment in the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene, effective from midnight tonight.

The price of cooking LPG gas and aviation fuel remains unchanged.

According to the adjusted prices, the price of petrol has increased by 2 rupees per liter, while the price of diesel and kerosene has decreased by 2 rupees per liter.

With this adjustment, the price of petrol at petrol pumps under the Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal depots will now be 162 rupees per liter. The price of diesel and kerosene in these areas has been set at 151 rupees per liter.

Similarly, in the Surkhet and Dang depots, the price of petrol will be 161 rupees, and diesel and kerosene will be 150 rupees.

In other regions, petrol will cost 159.50 rupees, while diesel and kerosene will cost 148.50 rupees, as per the Nepal Oil Corporation's announcement.
