Detention hearing yet to conclude, hearing of 3 defendants on Thursday

KATHMANDU, June 14: The detention hearing was held from the side of Home Minister Balkrishna Khan, Chairman of Nepal Haj Committee Shamsher Miya and former Assembly Member Angtawa Sherpa on the Bhutanese refugee case.
The detention hearing could not conclude today despite Justice Prem Prasad giving the case some separate time.
The detention hearing will be held again on Thursday from the side of the defendants Haribhakta Maharjan, Lakshmi Maharjan and the refugee leader Teknath Rijal.
