Bank robbed in Mahottari in broad daylight

MAHOTTARI, May 30: An armed group robbed a bank in broad daylight in Mahottari. District Police Office Mahottari has informed that the robbery took place at 12:20 pm today at the branch of NMB bank in the Mahottari Rural Municipality.

According to the Chief Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office Mahottari Prakash Malla, the armed group looted around 35 Lakhs from the cash counter by showing weapons.
