Incest convict arrested after four years

Baitadi–A man convicted of incest and handed down one-year imprisonment by the district court has been arrested after four years.

The police arrested Birvan Dhami, 32, of Sigas rural municipality-1 from his house. Dhami has been sent to the district prison, said the police. ---
