Bharatpur–A jailbird died while being treated at Bharatpur. Sarita Thing, 35, of Dumarwana-7, Bara, died at 1.30 this morning while undergoing treatment at Bharatpur-based BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital.
She has been afflicting from cancerous disease. Thing has been serving the jail term over a case for the past 10 years. She was just to go for 10 months to complete the jail term, informed Kamal Prasad Kafle, jailor.
Cancer survivor Thing was taken to Bhartpur for treatment 10 days ago. The dead body has been kept at Bharatpur for post-mortem. ---
