Kathmandu– Police arrested three persons for producing indecent talk programme and uploading on social networking site as YouTube. Metropolitan Police Premises, Kathmandu, arrested proprietor of Phulchowki Media, Rajkumar Kunwar, programme host Laxmi Moktan and a model participating in the talk programe, Pari Tamang, from Kalanki on Tuesday.
The Police Headquarters informed that they were held because the talk programme named 'Masti Talk Time' was indecent and risqué. Investigation was initiated as per the cyber crime, added the Office.
