Murder-charged Thapa Magar held

Kathmandu–The Metropolis Crime Control Division held a person allegedly involved in the murder of Nirmaya Chemjong. 
A team from the crime control division arrested Prakash Thapa Magar, 37, of Kathmandu on charge of his involvement in the killing of Chemjong, 45, a permanent resident of Sunsari who is currently living in Nagarjun municipality-5, Panchdhara Halchowk. 


Division Spokesperson SP Somendra Singh Rathor said the incident took place when Chemjong and Thapa Magar being known to each other for the past three years involved in a dispute on Monday evening. 


Chemjong who remained unconscious after ruthless beating by Thapa died, the police said. 
However, further investigation into the incident is underway by detaining Thapa, according to the crime control division office. ---
