'Delay in law formulation creating problems'

Kashauli– State no. 5 Minister for Physical Infrastructure Baijanath Chaudhary has said that the delay in formulation of laws related to public transport has led to problems in transport management in the State. 


Speaking at an interaction in Butwal on Tuesday, he said an expert team is also working to classify the roads that will determine which kind of vehicles can be operate in a particular kind of road. "Regular renovation of roads and parking management would help minimize accidents," he said. 


Police Inspector at the Traffic Police Office in Butwal Ganga Bahadur Saru said State no. 5 stands in the first position in terms of road accident-related risks, and emphasized the need for public awareness to change it. 
Deputy Mayor of Siddhartha municipality Uma Kafley called for stronger regulation to minimize traffic accidents.
