Successful test of cannoning in Tanahun

Damauli – A successful test of cannoning was conducted in Indra falls located at Pathardi of Bhimad Municipality-9 in Tanahun district. The cannoning would be explored in Indra falls to develop the site as a tourism destination. 

Ward Chairman of Bhimad Municipality-9 Imansingh Thapa said that the Pokhara-based Dreamland Lwang Cannoning Company carried out the test of cannoning there on the call of Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Gandaki Province Kiran Gurung. 

Managing Director of the company Boni Gurung said that cannoning in Indra falls is possible and stressed the need for more infrastructure development. The falls is 23 kms away from Khairenitar bazaar along the Prithvi Highway and could be travelled in an hour from the highway.
