MP Aaren Rai Demands PM Balendra Shah Correct Border Statement in Parliament

Kathmandu. Shram Sanskriti Party MP Aaren Rai has said that Prime Minister Balendra Shah should come to Parliament and correct his wrong statement regarding the border.

In the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday, MP Rai said that although the opposition has been demanding to correct the statement for a month and a half, the Prime Minister has not spoken, rather than a stone would speak.

'It has become like a stone would speak but a person would not. This is causing fear and anxiety,' he said, 'When the current Prime Minister was the mayor of the metropolis, he wrote on Facebook when there was a problem, saying he would burn down Singha Durbar. Later, Singha Durbar burned down. Will the same happen regarding the border?' He said that he does not think the Prime Minister's statement came with ill intention.
