Students Protest Demanding Justice for Ganesh Nepali

Kathmandu. The United Student Organization protested at Maitighar Mandala on Friday demanding justice for Ganesh Nepali, who died during treatment.  During the protest, participants chanted slogans including 'Balen government is the murderer of Ganesh Nepali' and expressed their opposition.

There was a brief scuffle between the police and protesters during the demonstration. When the police tried to stop the protesters from moving forward, a state of tension was created for some time.

The United Student Organization has demanded an impartial investigation into the death of Ganesh Nepali, action against the guilty, and justice for the victim's family. Nepali had attempted self-immolation in the capital on Thursday and died during treatment on Friday.
