Filmmaker Nabbal Khadka's Book 'Nabbal Khadka' Launched at Tinkar Pass

Kathmandu. Filmmaker and writer Nabbal Khadka's new book 'Nabbal Khadka' has been released at Tinkar Pass on the northwestern border of Nepal. The book was released at the historic Border Pillar No. 1 located at an altitude of 5,258 meters above sea level.

Sunil Singh, coordinator of the campaign, released the book at a program organized by the National Jenji Citizen Campaign. Singh, who presided over the program, described actor Khadka as a strong voice of patriotism and emphasized that the state should value such patriots in time.

At the program, actor Khadka announced that 50 percent of the profit from his book 'Nabbal Khadka' and films 'Bhimdatta' and 'Kandetar' will be provided for border security and national pride.

Khadka told the government, 'We went to find Pillar No. 0 but did not find it. The government should show where Pillar No. 0 is.' He also suggested the government observe the actual situation of Lipulek, Limpiyadhura, and Mahakali areas by staying overnight with the locals.
