National Assembly Session to Discuss Appropriation Bill

Kathmandu. Discussions focused on the Appropriation Bill will be held in the twenty-fourth meeting of the twenty-first session of the Federal Parliament, National Assembly. The meeting, scheduled for Thursday at 1:15 PM, will primarily focus on various headings of the Appropriation Bill, 2083. According to the Parliament Secretariat, discussions will be held in a grouped manner on the budget headings of various ministries included in the Appropriation Bill. Headings for the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment and the Ministry of Information and Communications have been set for discussion. Similarly, members will express their views on the budget allocation for the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the Ministry of Education and Sports, and the Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene. During the discussion, in-depth deliberations will also be held on the headings of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration and the Ministry of Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities and Social Security. According to Parliament Secretary-General Padam Prasad Pandey, the remaining appropriation headings for the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs are also included in Thursday's discussion agenda.
