10,845 Electric Vehicles Imported in First 11 Months of Current Fiscal Year

Kathmandu. In the first 11 months of the current fiscal year, electric vehicles worth Rs 25 billion 559.916 million were imported. A total of 10,845 electric vehicles were imported.

According to the Department of Customs, electric vehicles of various types with capacities ranging from 50 kilowatts to 201 kilowatts were imported during the 11-month period of the current fiscal year.

During the said period, 3,680 electric vehicles with a capacity of 50 kilowatts, worth Rs 5 billion 650 million, were imported. In the same period, 6,357 electric vehicles with capacities ranging from 51 kilowatts to 100 kilowatts, worth Rs 16 billion 497.946 million, were imported.
