Bollywood Actor Pankaj Tripathi's Brother Vijendra Nath Tiwari Attacked

Mumbai. Bollywood's famous actor Pankaj Tripathi's brother Vijendra Nath Tiwari has been attacked fatally. The fatal attack took place on him in Belsand village, under Madhopur police station of Gopalganj district of Bihar. According to local police, this attack happened due to old enmity and mutual dispute. On Sunday night, the accused were already waiting and as soon as Vijendra Nath reached there, they attacked him with a sharp weapon. He collapsed on the spot due to the attack, severely injured. He was rushed to a local hospital immediately after the incident, where after first aid, he was referred to Patna for further treatment considering his critical condition. His family and local villagers are enraged by this incident. Pankaj Tripathi is an established and popular name in the Bollywood film industry today, but his brother Vijendra Nath has always stayed away from media and limelight. While brother was busy in the glamorous world of Mumbai, Vijendra Nath decided to live a simple farmer's life in his ancestral village. He likes to stay connected with his own land, soil and farming. His late father Pandit Banaras Tiwari was also a big farmer and pandit of the village. After Pankaj went to Mumbai to fulfill his acting dream, Vijendra took the responsibility of carrying on his father's legacy and taking care of his parents. Even though his brother is so successful in Mumbai and has the facility to live in big cities if he wants, Vijendra never thought of leaving his village. Actor Pankaj Tripathi has also mentioned in several interviews that his brother has no interest in Bollywood parties and glamour and he prefers to participate in the joys and sorrows of the villagers. Together, these two brothers have also established a social organization named 'Pandit Banaras Tiwari Foundation Trust' in honor of their parents. This trust has been doing various social works, from constructing school buildings in the village to installing solar panels.
