Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden Claims Rastriya Swatantra Party Received Votes from Monarchists

Kathmandu. RPP Chairman Rajendra Lingden said that Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) also has votes from those who want a king in Nepal. He argued that during the last election, people who believed in the RSP, including monarchists and those with faith in other parties, voted for them. 

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the RSP General Convention that began in Chitwan on Sunday, Lingden also claimed that people voted for Balen [Shah] to bring the king, instead of voting for the RPP. He stated that this is why the RSP has a specific responsibility.
