Janmat Party Chairman CK Raut Calls Rastriya Swatantra Party Convention a Festival of Revolution

Chitwan. Janmat Party Chairman Dr. CK Raut has commented that the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) convention is a festival of revolution. Chairman Raut said this while giving a congratulatory speech at the inauguration session of the RSP's first national convention which started in Bharatpur, Chitwan on Sunday.  

Chairman Raut said that he came to attend to give good wishes due to the strong desire to build the country, and that this is not just a convention but a festival of revolution.  

‘This is not just a convention but a festival of revolution’, he said, ‘I am also present here because a son of Madhesi has been made Prime Minister.’ He suggested that the RSP should not forget the trust and the dreams of the martyrs of the Janmat movement. He suggested that Prime Minister Balen Shah has great faith in the Nepali people, and advised to work keeping the people in their hearts. He also openly praised the sacrifice and penance of Chairman Ravi Lamichhane. Chairman Raut recalled that Chairman Lamichhane and he were elected to parliament at the same time, and urged him not to forget the responsibility given the nearly two-thirds majority the people have given to the RSP in four years, which reflects the people's trust.  

‘Fulfill the promise you made to make federalism stronger’, he said, ‘If we do not fulfill our promises, there is equality between the people and the wind. This will not be for anyone.’
