Film 'Elephants in the Fog' Team Honored for International Success

Kathmandu. In recognition of the historic success achieved by Nepali films on the international film stage, the Film Development Board has honored the producer, director, actors, and technical team of the film 'Elephants in the Fog' with a cash prize of Rs. 250,000, a certificate of honor, a scarf, and a garland.

At a special program organized in the capital jointly by the Film Development Board and the Nepal Tourism Board, Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Khadgraj Poudel 'Ganesh', and Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Bikram Timilsina presented the honors.

The honor has been given in recognition of the contribution made by Nepali films in establishing Nepal's identity, culture, and creativity on the world stage.

At the program, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Timilsina said that the achievement obtained by the film team is not just an award but an invaluable pride for the entire nation.

At the program, Film Development Board Chairman Dinesh DC said that the success of 'Elephants in the Fog' has inspired the Nepali film industry to move forward with confidence in the global market.

While receiving the honor at the program, the film's director Avinash Bikram Shah said that this achievement is not personal but a shared success of all Nepali filmmakers.
