Tiktoker Tulsa Adhikari's Detention Hearing Begins

Kathmandu. Tiktoker Tulsa Adhikari's detention hearing has begun. The case against Adhikari is being heard in the bench of Lalitpur District Court Judge Teknath Gautam.  

After the government lawyer's rebuttal and the defense lawyer's arguments, the hearing will be completed. After the detention hearing, the court may send Adhikari to jail or release her on bail today.

Defendant Adhikari was arrested from Thailand and brought to Kathmandu last Saturday night. Adhikari was charged with money laundering, criminal gains, and fraud cases in the Lalitpur District Court.

Based on a complaint from a businessman, the District Government Attorney's Office Lalitpur filed a case against her in Chaitra 2082 BS, demanding a claim of 6 crore 52 lakh 29 thousand. There are 10 defendants in this case, including Adhikari.
