Kuwait International Airport Damaged by Iranian Missile and Drone Attack, Flights Suspended

Kuwait City. Kuwait's international airport has been damaged due to missile and drone attacks from Iran. Following this, flight services and air traffic have been suspended there.

According to the state news agency Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), this attack took place on Wednesday morning.

Quoting the Ministry of Defense, the news stated that Terminal-1 of the airport has been damaged and some people have been injured, who are undergoing treatment.

After the attack, Kuwait has decided to temporarily stop all flights and air services. Terminal-1 is the main international terminal of Kuwait Airport.

According to local media, this terminal had only recently resumed operations a few days ago. Earlier, this structure was also damaged in another Iranian attack at the end of February.
