Nepali Congress Forms 12 Subcommittees for Policy Reform and Social Issues

Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress's Central Policy, Research and Training Institute has formed 12 subcommittees to work on policy reform and social issues of the party.

Party Vice-President and Institute Chief Bishwaprakash Sharma formed 12 subcommittees today to work on policy reform and social issues of the party.

He has given the responsibility of Land Management Special Campaign Subcommittee to Dr. Gopal Dahit (for long-term solutions for landless and unorganized settlers), Disaster Management Subcommittee to Man Bahadur Thapa (for preparedness, rescue, and rehabilitation), and Mental Health Awareness Subcommittee to Mohana Ansari.

Similarly, responsibility has been given to E. Dipesh Bisht for Information, Technology and Digital Governance Subcommittee, Janak Chataut for Electoral System Reform Subcommittee, E. Amrit Gyawali for Infrastructure Development Concept Subcommittee, Khagendra Acharya for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Employment Subcommittee, and Dr. Krishna Prasad Poudel for Education and School Policy Subcommittee.

Similarly, Prakash Lamichhane for BP Knowledge Center Subcommittee, Elija Dhakal for Awareness Against Caste Discrimination Subcommittee, Prakriti Bhattarai for Digital Awareness and Fact-Checking Subcommittee, and Kanchan Jha for Green Table Subcommittee have been given responsibility, informed Congress Central Office Acting Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Dulal.

He has formed a five-member committee under the convenership of Deputy Chief Madhu Acharya for the formation of internal code of conduct.
