177 Absent at Kosi Hospital During Morang Administration Inspection

Morang. During an inspection today at Kosi Hospital Biratnagar, 177 doctors, staff, and technicians were found to be absent.

During the inspection conducted by the District Administration Office Morang, it was found that these employees were absent from the hospital without any information to the hospital while checking the attendance records, informed Assistant Chief District Officer Saroj Koirala.

An inspection was carried out under the leadership of the Assistant Chief District Officer following complaints that doctors and other employees were absent during office hours at the hospital. Assistant Chief District Officer Koirala stated that those absent without informing the hospital administration would be punished according to the law.

It has been informed that other offices and markets will also be inspected as part of the campaign for good governance that started from Kosi Hospital.
