Shree Basuki Secondary School New Building Foundation Stone Laid in Achham

Achham. The foundation stone for the new building of Shree Basuki Secondary School located in Mellekh Rural Municipality-4 of Achham district in Sudurpaschim Province has been laid. 

First Secretary of the Indian Embassy Kathmandu, Narayan Singh, and Mellekh Rural Municipality Chairman Jawala Singh Saud jointly laid the foundation stone of the building on Tuesday. 

This school building is being constructed with financial assistance of approximately 38 million Indian Rupees from the Government of India. This project will be implemented through Mellekh Rural Municipality, Achham, under the 'High Impact Community Development Project', the Indian Embassy has stated. 

Speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony, the Chairman of Mellekh Rural Municipality and other stakeholders praised the development assistance provided by the Government of India. They expressed confidence that the construction of new infrastructure will further strengthen and make the learning environment more effective for the students and teachers in this area. 

The Embassy has also stated its commitment that the implementation of High Impact Community Development Projects will develop infrastructure in priority areas and India's continued support will be in the efforts of the Government of Nepal to advance Nepal's development and prosperity.
