Woman Found Dead in Tehrathum After Disappearing

Tehrathum. A woman from Sabla Kopche of Myanglung Municipality-9 in the district has been found dead. Dilmaya Tumbahangphe Limbu, 53, who had been missing since Baishakh 16, was found dead today, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Laxman Oli of the District Police Office.

Since going out of contact, her family, relatives, neighbors, and the police had been continuing the search for Dilmaya. During the search, Limbu's body was found on Wednesday morning in a ravine located at the border of Kopche and Patigaun in Myanglung-9, said her husband Dhanbahadur Tumbahangphe Limbu.

The body has been brought to the district hospital for post-mortem examination and further investigation into the incident is underway, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Oli.
