Sankhuwasabha District Administration Office Implements One-Door Service System

Sankhuwasabha. The District Administration Office has initiated service delivery through a one-door system to make services easier, faster, and more citizen-friendly.

Through this system, essential services such as citizenship and passports will now be available from a single location. The hassle for service seekers of visiting multiple branches has now ended. Chief District Officer Sirjana Thapaliya stated that the one-door service system has been implemented starting Monday. 

A help desk has also been established to facilitate service seekers. The government had introduced a policy to implement a one-door service system in administrative bodies to make public service delivery more effective and citizen-friendly.
