Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal's Asset Details Made Public

Kathmandu. The asset details of RSP leader and Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal have been made public. According to the details released by the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Sunday, Khanal owns a house in Tokha, Kathmandu, along with land in three districts.

As per the records, he owns a house built on 6 aana of land in Tokha, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-10. His ancestral and self-acquired land holdings are spread across three districts: 15 ropani of ancestral land in Bhanu, Tanahun; 12 ropani in Devchuli, Nawalparasi East; and 2 kattha of land in Nepalgunj, Banke.

Regarding cash and assets, the statement mentions he possesses 22 tolas of gold, 25 tolas of silver, and a cash balance of 1 million rupees. 

Khanal also holds investments in various companies and the stock market. He has declared a 33 percent stake in Pick and Drop Nepal, 100 percent in Rigpa International, and 16 percent in Taja Agro Farm. Additionally, he has investments in BPW Laghubitta, Om Meghshree Pharmaceuticals, Global IME Bank, and various hydropower and public companies. 

Regarding vehicles, he uses a car purchased for approximately 4 million rupees. He has also disclosed a debt of 7.5 million rupees.
