Chandragiri Investment Group Limited to Issue IPO

Kathmandu. Chandragiri Investment Group Limited is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public.

The company's first annual general meeting, held today, passed the proposal to issue the 'IPO'. The company has an authorized capital of Rs 500 million.

Chairman Rajan Shrestha informed that the general meeting also approved the proposal to distribute a cash dividend at the rate of four percent of the paid-up capital and elected six directors unopposed.

The elected directors include Rajan Shrestha, Ramraja Acharya, Prakashman Shrestha, Dhirendra Shrestha, Shankar Maharjan, and Birendra Shrestha. The general meeting also passed the annual report and auditor's report presented by Chairman Shrestha.

Chairman Shrestha stated that the organization, which operates as a holding company, has invested in companies including Indreni Mushroom Farm, The Nilay Hotels Limited, Kaule Vineyard Agro, Everest Color, and Mero Kisan.
