Foreign Minister Khanal Emphasizes Commitment to Balanced International Relations

Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has stated that the government is actively working to strengthen the nation's international relations based on non-alignment, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and mutual respect.

Speaking at a program jointly organized by the Community Service Center and the Community Police Service Center here today, he outlined the current government's policy of maintaining friendly, balanced, and peaceful relations with all nations.

Kathmandu Valley Police Office Chief Ishwar Karki stated that the police are working in collaboration with the community to build a crime-free society. Tokha Municipality Mayor Prakash Adhikari expressed that the municipality seeks government support to resolve the drinking water problem in Tokha.

Nepal Communist Party leader Kalpana Sharma suggested that the government should focus on fulfilling the aspirations of the people.
