Department of Foreign Employment Publishes List of Individuals Accused of Fraud

Kathmandu. The Department of Foreign Employment has released the details of individuals accused of defrauding Nepalis while sending them abroad for employment.

Through a notice issued today, the department published the names of those against whom complaints of individual fraud (foreign employment-related criminal cases) have been registered at the department's investigation and prosecution branch over the past month.

The public notice includes 352 complaints, with over 352 individuals named as defendants. The department stated that some individual complaints involve up to 810 defendants. The department has published the names of defendants against whom individual complaints were filed between Falgun 17 and Chaitra 17.
