Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Bans Unnecessary Bureaucratic Hurdles in Public Service Delivery

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport has strictly prohibited activities that cause unnecessary delays in public service delivery processes.

In a press release issued on Friday, the Ministry stated that any form of irregularities, collection of unauthorized fees, involvement of middlemen, and actions that cause unnecessary hassle to service seekers have been strictly banned. 

The Ministry stated that this measure has been enforced to ensure that public services provided by the Ministry and its subordinate departments, agencies, and offices are simple, accessible, transparent, and effective.
