Dol Prasad Aryal Files Nomination for Speaker of the House

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party lawmaker Dol Prasad Aryal has filed his nomination for the position of Speaker. Aryal registered his candidacy with Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman and House of Representatives member Rabi Lamichhane as the proposer, and Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle, Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam, and Minister of Physical Infrastructure Sunil Lamsal as supporters.

With the Rastriya Swatantra Party holding 182 seats in the 275-member House of Representatives, his election as Speaker is certain. He registered his candidacy at the Parliament Secretariat in Singha Durbar.
