CPN (UML) Updates Central Committee Details with Election Commission

Kathmandu. The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) has updated the details of its Central Committee, elected during the party's 11th National General Convention, with the Election Commission.

CPN (UML) Central Member Niraj Acharya confirmed that all details elected from the General Convention have been updated. According to him, the party's statute, regulations, and the list of Central Committee members have been updated.

He stated that the details were submitted today as they could not be filed earlier due to the House of Representatives elections. The CPN (UML) held its General Convention in Kathmandu from Mangsir 27 to 29. There is a provision requiring all details to be submitted to the Election Commission following a party's General Convention.
