Nepalese Ambassador to Bangladesh Meets Environment Minister

Kathmandu. Nepalese Ambassador to Bangladesh, Ghanshyam Bhandari, held a courtesy meeting with the Bangladeshi Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Abdul Awal Mintoo.

According to the Nepalese Embassy in Bangladesh, various dimensions of Nepal–Bangladesh relations were discussed during the meeting held on Wednesday.  It was stated that discussions were also held on strengthening cooperation between the two countries.

The embassy reported that both sides discussed ways to expand mutual cooperation, particularly in the areas of forest conservation, environmental protection, and climate change. It is believed that the meeting will further strengthen bilateral relations.
