Former Miss Nepal Usha Khadgi Alleges Mental Torture by Ex-Husband After Divorce

Former Miss Nepal and actress Usha Khadgi's family dispute has surfaced again.

On Tuesday, Khadgi posted a series of statuses on the social media platform Facebook, accusing her ex-husband GP Timalsina of subjecting her to mental torture. Two years after their divorce, Usha pleaded for justice from the police administration and the new government, claiming she is being wronged again. Expressing pride in being a single mother, she stated that her ex-husband unnecessarily interferes in her life and abuses her.  

Khadgi claimed her right to the house and mentioned that Timalsina repeatedly pressures and tortures her to leave the home. She wrote, 'Now I am not the one leaving this house, you are the one who will be thrown out. U started I will end it,'

Usha alleges that Timalsina speaks inappropriately in front of their children since his second marriage, and he continues to reside in the same house. She also complained that Timalsina behaves rudely when members of her maternal family or friends come to visit.  

Usha and Timalsina were divorced by the Kathmandu District Court on Jestha 26, 2079. Less than six months after the divorce and before the full settlement of property division, Timalsina married Sabina Adhikari for the second time on Mangsir 19, 2079.
