Activist Durga Prasai Dismisses Arrests of Political Figures, Focuses on National Existence

Kathmandu. Durga Prasai, coordinator of the Campaign to Save the Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture, and Citizens, stated that the arrest of individuals like CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak is not a major issue. Speaking to reporters at Tribhuvan International Airport on Saturday, he asserted that the main challenge currently is not the arrest of individuals but whether the nation's existence will remain.

Claiming that the country is in crisis due to the arrogance of old political parties, he compared their pride to the arrogance of Ravana, which led to the burning of Lanka. Prasai demanded an impartial investigation into various recent incidents and called for the main planners of those incidents to be brought under the purview of the law.

He specifically stated that immediate action should be taken against those using platforms like Discord to mobilize people and those using schoolchildren in school uniforms. He congratulated the newly appointed Prime Minister Balen Shah and commented that Balen, like past leaders Prachanda and Oli, also rose to power from a rebellious background.

Warning international powers, Prasai made it clear that the activity or presence of the Dalai Lama in Nepal would under no circumstances be acceptable. Targeting countries like China, the US, and India, he warned that if there is a game to bring about the birth of the Dalai Lama in Nepal, Kathmandu will have to pay a heavy price.

He insisted that the re-establishment of the Vedic Sanatana Hindu Kingdom and Monarchy is the only alternative for the country's prosperity. Claiming that the country is currently suffering punishment because the monarchy and Hindu nation were removed, he urged Prime Minister Balen Shah to engage in the campaign to restore the Hindu state and end corruption. He concluded by saying that saving the country is only possible by ultimately bringing back the King.
