CPN-UML Cadres Burn Investigation Commission Report Protesting Chairman Oli's Arrest

Kathmandu. Cadres of the CPN-UML burned the report of the Janji Andolan Investigation Commission. UML cadres burned the investigation commission's report outside the party office in Chyasal on Saturday in protest of the arrest of party Chairman KP Sharma Oli.

They expressed anger, alleging that the current government is seeking revenge. Similarly, the UML-affiliated ANYSF (All Nepal National Free Students Union) held a protest rally at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu on Saturday.

They burned tires while protesting, demanding the release of Chairman Oli. They also burned the investigation commission's report. The CPN-UML Secretariat announced a protest movement, claiming that the arrest was politically motivated revenge.
